1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Swifty Solutions Company Limited ("Swifty Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") regarding your use of the Snapsweep Photo Cleaner mobile application and its widget (the "App") on iOS. By accessing or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

2. Eligibility

• The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases require an Apple ID and are subject to Apple's own age requirements and Family Sharing / Ask to Buy controls.
• You must only use the App on a device whose photo library, contacts and calendars you are entitled to modify.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you where you use the App.

3. Description of the Service

The App works offline. Nothing you do in it is transmitted to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Deletion, Your Files and Your Responsibility

4.1 You decide what is deleted

The App never deletes anything on its own. Every deletion, merge, compression and calendar removal requires you to select the items and confirm the action. Pre-selected keepers and suggested groups are conveniences, not decisions taken for you.

4.2 Automated detection is not perfect

Similarity grouping, duplicate matching, screenshot classification and blur detection are heuristics. They can group photos you consider different, mark a deliberately soft photo as blurry, or miss items entirely. You are solely responsible for reviewing the App's suggestions before confirming, and for the consequences of what you choose to delete.

4.3 Deletion is permanent

Photos and videos deleted through the App are placed in the iOS Recently Deleted album and are recoverable there for 30 days. After that period, or if you empty the album, they cannot be recovered - by you or by us. Contact merges and calendar removals take effect in the system databases and may not be reversible. We strongly recommend keeping an independent backup (for example iCloud Photos or a computer backup) before a large cleanup. We are not able to restore anything: we hold no copy of your data.

4.4 Video compression

Compression re-encodes your video and is by nature lossy: the smaller copy has lower quality than the original, and metadata may differ. Verify the compressed copy before deleting the original. Interrupting a compression - by closing the App, running out of storage or losing power - may leave the operation incomplete; in that case the original is left untouched.

4.5 Permissions

The App requires access to your photo library to function, and asks for contacts or calendar access only when you open those optional tools. You may revoke any of these permissions in iOS Settings at any time; the affected features will then stop working.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to delete, alter or examine photos, contacts or calendars belonging to another person without their permission.
• Copy, extract, redistribute or publish the App's artwork or software, or use them to build a competing product.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App, or attempt to bypass Premium restrictions or purchase verification, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Resell, sublicense or share your Premium access with others outside what Apple's own terms permit.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may restrict or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

6. Subscriptions, Lifetime Purchase and Payment

6.1 Free tier

The App may be used without payment. The free tier includes full scanning of every category, Swipe Cleaner and the storage widget, and allows up to 20 deletions in total. Scanning and reviewing are never gated. Free-tier limits may change over time.

6.2 Auto-renewing subscriptions

Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store:

• Weekly - $4.99, starting with a 3-day free trial, then renewing every week.
• Yearly - $24.99, renewing every year.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or, for the weekly plan, at the end of the free trial unless you cancel before then.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or before the end of the free trial).
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Premium until then. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• The free trial is available once per Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a different Premium plan.
• Prices are in US dollars, vary by region and may change; changes apply to future renewals and are notified in accordance with App Store rules.

6.3 Lifetime purchase

Premium is also available as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase at $29.99 (a non-consumable in-app purchase). It does not renew and is not charged again. "Lifetime" means for as long as the App is available on the App Store and supported by us on the device platform you bought it for; it does not create an obligation to maintain the App indefinitely (see Section 13). A lifetime purchase can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID using "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

6.4 Refunds

All purchases are made through and processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, and we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

6.5 Apple standard EULA

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App, and in the event of a conflict with these Terms in respect of the Apple-licensed application, Apple's standard EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Swifty Solutions only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content but is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms.

7. Your Data and Backups

Your photos, videos, contacts and calendar events stay in the system databases on your device; the App's own scan cache and settings are stored locally too. Nothing is kept on our servers. You are responsible for your own device and for your own backups. We cannot recover data that has been deleted, lost with a device, or removed when the App was uninstalled.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, user interface, artwork and software, is owned by Swifty Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Your photos, videos, contacts and calendars remain entirely yours. We claim no rights in them.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the Apple App Store for distribution, purchases and subscription management, and on Apple's Photos, Contacts, Calendar, AVFoundation and widget frameworks on your device. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT ITS DETECTION OF DUPLICATE, SIMILAR, BLURRY OR UNWANTED ITEMS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, THAT ANY PARTICULAR AMOUNT OF STORAGE WILL BE RECLAIMED, OR THAT A COMPRESSED VIDEO WILL MEET YOUR QUALITY EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Swifty Solutions and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use or misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through your App Store account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or discontinue the App in whole or in part, at any time, including for breach of these Terms or where required by law or by Apple. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law - will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown on this page and, where the change is material, provide notice in the App or through the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swifty Solutions concerning the App. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Contact
