This Privacy Policy explains how Swifty Solutions Company Limited ("Swifty Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the Gridly: Photo Collage Maker mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play for Android.

The App does not have accounts. There is no sign-up, no login and no social sign-in.
When you add photos, the App uses Android's photo picker, so it only ever sees the photos you choose. Each chosen photo is copied into the App's private storage so that your draft can be reopened later; that copy is deleted automatically when no draft uses it any more, or when you uninstall the App. Photos are never uploaded or shared with us or anyone else, and all editing, filtering and rendering happens on your device.
Exported collages are written to your device's media library in a Gridly album, under your control like any other image on your phone. On Android 9 and 10 the App asks for storage permission to write to that album.
The following is created while you use the App and is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to, or retained by, any server operated by Swifty Solutions - we do not operate one for this App.
If you have Android backup enabled, Android may include the App's data in your Google account backup under Google's terms. That backup belongs to you, not to us, and we cannot access it.
The App works offline and has no backend. The only network activity is the communication between your device and Google Play that is required for in-app purchases and for opening links you tap, such as this Privacy Policy.
The App contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind. We do not know how many people use the App, how often, or what they do in it, beyond the aggregate install and sales statistics Google Play shows to every developer.
Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and holds your payment details; we never see your card number or billing address. Google provides us with anonymised transaction records (an order number, the product bought and the date) so that we can honour your purchase and handle refunds. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no data, there is nothing for a parent to request or delete from us.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. Everything is on your device: delete it in the App or uninstall the App to remove all of its data. If you believe we hold something about you, email us and we will respond.
If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above, and the App's store listing and data-safety form will be updated to match before the change ships.
