The short version: Doseline works entirely on your phone. Everything you log about your medication, weight and side effects stays in the App's private storage on your device and is shared only when you export a file yourself. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising, and we collect no data at all.

This Privacy Policy explains how Swifty Solutions Company Limited ("Swifty Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the Doseline: GLP-1 Shot Tracker mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play for Android.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. No Account, No Identity Data

The App does not have accounts. There is no sign-up, no login and no social sign-in.

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information.
  • We do not collect the advertising ID or any other device identifier.
  • We do not collect your location. The App never asks for location permission.
  • We do not build a user profile and have no way to link anything in the App to you as a person.

2. Health Information You Log

The App stores what you enter: medication name and dose, shot dates and injection sites, weight, side effects, water intake, notes and reminder settings. This is sensitive information, so it is handled as follows:

  • It is stored only on your device, in the App's private storage that other apps cannot read.
  • It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. We have no server and cannot see it.
  • It leaves your phone only if you export a CSV, JSON or PDF file and share it. From then on, the app you share it with handles that file under its own terms.
  • You can delete everything at any time with Settings → Delete all data, or by uninstalling the App.

3. Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your device with Android's notification system. Their content (for example, that a shot is due) is shown only on your phone and is not sent anywhere. You can turn them off in Settings or in Android's notification settings.

4. Not a Medical Service

The App is a personal logbook. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend doses, and nothing in it replaces advice from your prescriber or pharmacist.

Information Stored on Your Device

The following is created while you use the App and is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to, or retained by, any server operated by Swifty Solutions - we do not operate one for this App.

Stored locally on your device:

  • Medication profile: medication, dose, schedule, start and goal weight, units, pen supply.
  • Logs: shots with sites, weights, side effects, water, notes.
  • Reminder settings and app preferences.
  • Purchase state: whether Pro is active on this device.

If you have Android backup enabled, Android may include the App's data in your Google account backup under Google's terms. That backup belongs to you, not to us, and we cannot access it.

Nothing Is Transmitted

The App works offline and has no backend. The only network activity is the communication between your device and Google Play that is required for in-app purchases and for opening links you tap, such as this Privacy Policy.

No Analytics, No Advertising, No Tracking

The App contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind. We do not know how many people use the App, how often, or what they do in it, beyond the aggregate install and sales statistics Google Play shows to every developer.

In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and holds your payment details; we never see your card number or billing address. Google provides us with anonymised transaction records (an order number, the product bought and the date) so that we can honour your purchase and handle refunds. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no data, there is nothing for a parent to request or delete from us.

Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. Everything is on your device: delete it in the App or uninstall the App to remove all of its data. If you believe we hold something about you, email us and we will respond.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above, and the App's store listing and data-safety form will be updated to match before the change ships.
