These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cueline: Teleprompter & Camera mobile application (the "App") published by Swifty Solutions Company Limited ("Swifty Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and Google's terms conflict regarding purchases made through Google Play, Google's terms prevail for that purchase.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use an app with in-app purchases, to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The App runs entirely on your device. It has no server, no account and no cloud features. We may add, change or remove features in future versions.
You own the scripts you write and the videos you record. We claim no rights in them and never receive them. You are solely responsible for their content and for any use you make of them, including compliance with copyright and the rules of any platform you publish them on.
Scripts are stored only on your device. If you lose or reset the device or uninstall the App, scripts that are not backed up by Android's backup are gone. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Video is encoded by your device. Quality, available storage and whether a recording completes depend on your device and its free space. Check a recording before relying on it. Do not record people without the consent the law requires where you are.
The App requests camera and microphone permission only for the Record screen. If you decline, that screen will not work; the rest of the App still does.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App; circumvent the free-tier limits or the purchase verification; use the App to record or distribute content that is unlawful; or resell or redistribute the App.
The free version includes the full prompter, the camera, up to three scripts and recordings up to 60 seconds. We may change what the free tier includes in future versions.
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, an auto-renewing yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for as long as the App is available on Google Play. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is tied to the Google account that made the purchase.
The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid weekly subscription and Google charges your account.
Purchases are processed by Google. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy at support.google.com. We will help where we can, but we cannot override Google's decision.
We may change prices for new purchases at any time. Google will notify you before any price change applies to an existing subscription, as required by Google Play's rules.
The App, its code, design, icon and name are owned by Swifty Solutions and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's terms.
Google Play Billing processes purchases under Google's terms and privacy policy. The App contains no other third-party service, SDK or content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that scrolling will be uninterrupted, or that every recording will succeed on every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swifty Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, data, recordings, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Swifty Solutions against claims arising from content you create with the App or from your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 7 and 9 to 16 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change and material changes will be noted in the App's store listing. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
