Billfold is an invoice and estimate maker for freelancers and small businesses. Set up your business once, add clients and items, and every new invoice takes seconds: pick a client, add lines, and share a clean PDF by email or any app. Record payments, see who is overdue and what you earned this month. Everything stays on your phone; there is no account and no server.

Private by design

No account and no ads. Your invoices, clients and PDFs stay on your phone and are never uploaded. The App sends only anonymous crash reports and usage events; see the Privacy Policy.

Free and Pro

The free version includes the full editor, clients and items, PDF export with one template and a small Billfold footer, up to 3 invoices per month and 10 clients. Pro unlocks unlimited invoices and clients, all four templates, no footer, reports, estimate-to-invoice conversion and backup. Pro is a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
