This Privacy Policy explains how Swifty Solutions Company Limited ("Swifty Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the Sleep Sounds mobile application and its widget (the "App"), available on iOS.

Effective date: September 17, 2026

1. No Account, No Identity Data

The App does not have accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, no email verification and no social sign-in. You can install the App and start playing sounds immediately.

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth or any other personal or health information.
• We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and we do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.
• We do not collect your location. The App never asks for location permission.
• We do not build a user profile, and we have no way to link anything in the App to you as a person.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following information is created by you while using the App and is stored locally on your device only, as small JSON files in the App's private container. It is not uploaded to, or retained by, any server operated by Swifty Solutions - we do not operate one for this App.

A small snapshot of your favourite mixes and what is currently playing is also written to an App Group container that is shared only between the App and its own Home Screen widget, so the widget can show your favourite mixes without the App being open. No other app can read it.

If you have iCloud Backup or another device backup enabled, iOS may include the App's data in that backup under your own Apple ID and under Apple's terms. That backup belongs to you, not to us, and we cannot access it.

3. Nothing Is Transmitted

Every sound in the App is synthesized on the device in real time; there are no audio files to download and nothing is streamed. The App needs no internet connection to work and does not send your mixes, sleep log, recordings or settings anywhere. The only network activity the App performs is the communication between your device and Apple that is required for in-app purchases (see Section 7) and for opening links you tap, such as this Privacy Policy.

4. No Analytics, No Advertising, No Tracking

• The App contains no analytics SDK and no third-party crash-reporting SDK.
• The App shows no advertising and contains no ad networks.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers - there is nothing to share.

Because there is no account and no analytics, we have no way to identify you, contact you, or see how you use the App.

5. Microphone and Your Recordings (Optional)

The App can record a sound of your own - your fan, your cat, the sea - for up to 60 seconds, to loop inside your mixes. This is entirely optional.

• The App asks for microphone permission only when you tap Record, and uses the microphone only while a recording is in progress. It never listens in the background.
• Recordings are saved as audio files on your device only, in the App's private container. They are never uploaded, analysed or shared by us, and we cannot access them.
• You can delete any recording at any time from the My Sounds section, and you can revoke microphone access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Recording sounds that include other people's voices is your responsibility; please respect their privacy and local law.

6. Notifications (Optional)

The App may ask for notification permission when you set a bedtime reminder or an alarm. If you grant it, the App schedules local notifications on your device for your bedtime reminder and as a fallback for the alarm in case the App is not running at wake-up time. Local notifications are created and delivered entirely by iOS on your phone; no push-notification service or server is involved, and nothing is sent to us. You can turn reminders and the alarm off in the App, or revoke the permission in iOS Settings.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by the Apple App Store using Apple's StoreKit framework. Your payment is made to Apple, not to us.

• We never see or receive your card number, bank details, billing address or Apple ID.
• The App only checks, on your device and through Apple, whether an active subscription or lifetime purchase exists, in order to unlock Premium features.
• Purchases are subject to Apple's own privacy policy and terms: apple.com/legal/privacy.

8. Siri Shortcuts and Widget

The App offers App Intents ("Play a mix", "Pause", "Set a sleep timer") that you can use with Siri, the Shortcuts app and the Home Screen widget. These run on your device and only act on the mixes stored there. Any request you make to Siri is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms; the App receives only the resulting action (for example, which mix to play) and stores nothing about it.

9. Retention and Deletion

• Your mixes, sleep log, recordings and settings remain on your device until you remove them.
• You can delete individual mixes, recordings and sleep-log entries at any time inside the App.
• Uninstalling the App removes all of the App's local data, including recordings and the shared widget container, from your device.
• Deletion is immediate and permanent. Because we hold no copy on a server, deleted data cannot be recovered by us.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children; the App collects no data at all. If a child has used the App on a shared device, deleting the relevant mixes and recordings or uninstalling the App removes the local data from that device.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) or similar laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection.

Because the App is designed so that all data stays on your device and we hold no copy, you exercise these rights directly through the App's own controls:

• Access: open the App - your mixes, recordings, sleep log and settings are visible and fully under your control.
• Correction: edit or rename any mix, or change any setting, at any time.
• Deletion: delete items in the App, or uninstall the App.
• Objection and restriction: since no personal data is processed by us, there is nothing for us to restrict or stop processing.

We have no means of identifying you and therefore cannot look up, export or delete data on your behalf. If you have questions about these rights, contact us at contact@swifty-solutions.com.

Under the CCPA/CPRA we confirm that we do not sell and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

12. App Store Privacy Label

In line with the practices described above, the App's privacy details on the App Store are declared as "Data Not Collected": the developer does not collect any data from this app. If a future version of the App ever changes this, we will update both the App Store label and this Privacy Policy before that version is released.

13. Security

• Your data is stored in the App's private container and App Group container and is protected by your device's own protections - passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and iOS file encryption.
• Because the App transmits nothing, there is no data in transit for anyone to intercept.

No method of storage is completely secure, and a lost, shared, unlocked or compromised device may expose the App's local content, including your recordings, to others.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App gains new features. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top and bottom of this page and, where the change is material, provide notice in the App or on the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
