These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Luneo: Period & Cycle Tracker mobile application (the "App") published by Ho Si Tuan, an independent developer ("we", "us" or "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and Google's terms conflict regarding purchases made through Google Play, Google's terms prevail for that purchase.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use an app with in-app purchases, to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The App runs entirely on your device. It has no server, no account and no cloud features. We may add, change or remove features in future versions.
The App is a personal diary and organiser. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Predicted periods, fertile windows and ovulation days are statistical estimates based only on the dates you entered; real cycles vary, and illness, stress, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding and hormonal conditions can change them. Do not use the App to prevent pregnancy or as your only tool to plan one. Talk to a doctor about irregular cycles, pain, unusual bleeding or any other concern.
Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery optimisation and the operating system. They may be delayed or not delivered.
Your logs are stored only on your device. If you lose or reset the device or uninstall the App, data not in a backup you exported is gone. Export a backup regularly.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App; circumvent the free-tier limits or the purchase verification; use the App for anything unlawful; or resell or redistribute the App.
The free version includes period logging, the next-period countdown, the calendar with the next predicted cycle, the daily log for flow, symptoms and mood, the last 3 cycles of history and period reminders. Pro unlocks full history, predictions for the next 12 cycles, fertile, ovulation, late-period and daily check-in reminders, symptom patterns by phase, basal temperature tracking, CSV and JSON export, and colour themes. We may change what the free tier includes in future versions.
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, an auto-renewing yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for as long as the App is available on Google Play. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is tied to the Google account that made the purchase.
The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid weekly subscription and Google charges your account.
Purchases are processed by Google. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy at support.google.com. We will help where we can, but we cannot override Google's decision.
We may change prices for new purchases at any time. Google will notify you before any price change applies to an existing subscription, as required by Google Play's rules.
The App, its code, design, icon and name are owned by Ho Si Tuan and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's terms.
Google Play Billing processes purchases under Google's terms and privacy policy. The App contains no other third-party service, SDK or content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The App is not a medical device or contraceptive, and we make no warranty about the accuracy of any prediction it shows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you create with the App or from your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 7 and 9 to 16 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change and material changes will be noted in the App's store listing. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
