This Privacy Policy explains how Swifty Solutions Company Limited ("Swifty Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the DMV Prep mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS.

Effective date: September 16, 2026

1. No Account, No Identity Data

The App does not have accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, no email verification and no social sign-in. You can install the App and start practising immediately.

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth or driver's licence details.
• We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and we do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.
• We do not collect your location. Choosing your state in the App is a manual setting; the App never reads your GPS position.
• We do not build a user profile, and we have no way to link anything in the App to you as a person.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following information is created by you while using the App and is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to, or retained by, any server operated by Swifty Solutions - we do not operate one for this App.

If you have iCloud Backup or another device backup enabled, iOS may include the App's data in that backup under your own Apple ID and under Apple's terms. That backup belongs to you, not to us, and we cannot access it.

3. Nothing Is Transmitted

All questions, road signs, study lessons and state rules are bundled inside the App. The App does not need an internet connection to work and does not send your answers, results or settings anywhere. The only network activity the App performs is the communication between your device and Apple that is required for in-app purchases (see Section 6) and for opening links you tap, such as this Privacy Policy.

4. No Analytics, No Advertising, No Tracking

• The App contains no analytics SDK and no third-party crash-reporting SDK.
• The App shows no advertising and contains no ad networks.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers - there is nothing to share.

Because there is no account and no analytics, we have no way to identify you, contact you, or see how you use the App.

5. Notifications (Optional)

You can turn on an optional daily reminder that nudges you to reach your daily goal. If you do, the App asks iOS for notification permission and schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. Local notifications are created and delivered entirely by iOS on your phone; no push-notification service or server is involved, and nothing is sent to us. You can turn the reminder off in the App at any time, or revoke the permission in iOS Settings.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by the Apple App Store using Apple's StoreKit framework. Your payment is made to Apple, not to us.

• We never see or receive your card number, bank details, billing address or Apple ID.
• The App only checks, on your device and through Apple, whether an active subscription or lifetime purchase exists, in order to unlock Premium features.
• Purchases are subject to Apple's own privacy policy and terms: apple.com/legal/privacy.

7. Backup Export and Import

The App lets you export your progress as a JSON file from Settings → Backup. Export only happens when you tap the button yourself; the App then hands the file to the iOS share sheet, and you choose where it goes - for example the Files app, AirDrop or an email to yourself. We never receive the file. The exported file contains only the practice, exam, flashcard, lesson, daily-activity and settings data described in Section 2. It contains no personal identifiers.

You can later import such a file on the same or another device. Importing merges the file's contents into the App's local data on that device and, again, involves no server.

8. Retention and Deletion

• Your progress and settings remain on your device until you remove them.
• You can erase all practice history, exam results, bookmarks, lesson and sign progress at any time with "Reset All Progress" in Settings.
• Uninstalling the App removes the App's local data from your device.
• Deletion is immediate and permanent. Because we hold no copy on a server, deleted data cannot be recovered by us. If you want to keep a copy, export a backup first.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. It is designed for people preparing for a driver's permit or licence, which in most U.S. states means an age of 15 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children; the App collects no data at all. If a child has used the App on a shared device, "Reset All Progress" or uninstalling the App removes the local data from that device.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) or similar laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection.

Because the App is designed so that all data stays on your device and we hold no copy, you exercise these rights directly through the App's own controls:

• Access: open the App - your statistics, exam history and settings are visible and fully under your control.
• Portability: use "Export backup (JSON)" to obtain a machine-readable copy of your progress.
• Correction: change your state, test type, daily goal and other settings at any time.
• Deletion: use "Reset All Progress", or uninstall the App.
• Objection and restriction: since no personal data is processed by us, there is nothing for us to restrict or stop processing.

We have no means of identifying you and therefore cannot look up, export or delete data on your behalf. If you have questions about these rights, contact us at contact@swifty-solutions.com.

Under the CCPA/CPRA we confirm that we do not sell and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

11. App Store Privacy Label

In line with the practices described above, the App's privacy details on the App Store are declared as "Data Not Collected": the developer does not collect any data from this app. If a future version of the App ever changes this, we will update both the App Store label and this Privacy Policy before that version is released.

12. Security

• Your progress and settings are stored in the App's private storage area and are protected by your device's own protections - passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and iOS file encryption.
• Because the App transmits nothing, there is no data in transit for anyone to intercept.
• An exported backup file is only as safe as the place you send it to; keep it somewhere you control.

No method of storage is completely secure, and a lost, shared, unlocked or compromised device may expose the App's local content to others.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App gains new features. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top and bottom of this page and, where the change is material, provide notice in the App or on the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
